Within the HR Portal you can manage the service, including who your company’s employees are, add or remove employees’ access to the Gympass platform, and you can view data to measure the program's success, such as the number of subscribed employees and which partners are used most by your employees.
Once the contract is signed between your company and Gympass, you can select who will be responsible for managing the Portal. Each person chosen will need to register with Gympass in order to have access to the HR Portal. You can only access the portal through the Gympass website, it is not possible to access it via app.
Whenever it is necessary to make any changes to who has access to the Gympass HR Portal, the current HR managing the portal should contact our team. To do this, send us a request through the link at the bottom of this article or via chat located in the bottom right corner of the page.
