If you wish to delete all your data and account with Gympass:
- Login to your Gympass account via app or website.
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select Profile.
- Scroll to the Privacy and security section and select the option Personal data.
- Select the option Request to have account deleted and confirm the request.
📌Remember: you will need to enter your password in order to do this.
Please be aware that it can take up to 45 days for your data to be fully removed from the Gympass systems. If you have a corporate account linked to a company, your data may be sent to Gympass again via your company's HR team.
