If you wish to delete all your data and account with Gympass:
- Login to your Gympass account via the Gympass app or website
- Click on Profile (on the website click your name in the top right corner first)
- Scroll to the privacy section and select the option Delete data
- Select the option Request to have account deleted and confirm the request
Please note you'll need to enter your password in order to do this.
Please also be advised that it can take up to 90 days for your data to be fully removed from the Gympass systems.
If you have a corporate account related to a company, your data may be sent to Gympass again via your company's HR.
