Pay Attention To The Days Between The Subscription Date And The Billing Day
The extra charge to your Gympass plan may be caused when the plan subscription begins during your company’s fixed billing days. Some companies define a fixed billing date for all employees. So when the user subscribes or changes a plan after the company billing date, a proportional amount is charged in relation to the days that have been used up to the beginning of the billing period (date defined by the company).
