📌Pay Attention To The Days Between The Subscription Date And The Billing Day
- The extra charge to your Gympass plan may be caused when the plan subscription begins during your company’s fixed billing days. Some companies define a fixed billing date for all employees. So when the user subscribes or changes a plan after the company billing date, a proportional amount is charged in relation to the days that have been used up to the beginning of the billing period (date defined by the company).
