If you are having trouble registering with Gympass, have a look at the tips below:
- Check if you already have an account on Gympass - if you have previously created an account, it might need to be deactivated so you can access Gympass through your current company;
- Make sure that the company you work for is a Gympass partner - if you do not work at a partner company, you cannot register with Gympass;
- Find out if your employee details have already been shared with Gympass by your company - if you have joined the company less than 30 days ago, it is possible that your details are still being processed;
- Confirm the registration method provided by your company - Check if you have received a welcome email and if your company has chosen a specific registration method, such as national ID, corporate email address, or employee number;
- Make sure you are entering your details correctly to be able to register with Gympass (such as company name and other details requested).
