You will only be able to invite family members if you have an active plan on your corporate account and if your company has also chosen to make this option available to employees. Family members are restricted to partners and children only and you can add up to 3 family members.
If you cannot include your family member, send a request to our team.
How to add family members:
- Sign in to your account and click on the arrow next to your name.
- Click on Family Members and then the Add new family member button.
- Choose a plan and fill in the details.
- Click Purchase plan and complete the payment process.
- That´s it! With completed payment, your family member's plan is activated and ready to use.
Please remember that Gympass family member plans are managed by the corporate user. Therefore, only the corporate user can cancel, change, or pause family member plans.🤸
