How to include and activate my Family Member's plan?

Not all companies allow the registration of Family Members for their employees.

Generally, the Family Members are partners and children. The limit is 3 Family Members per account holder.

Also, you must have an active plan before adding a Family Member.

All the Family Member plan's management is managed by the member holder, except for the check-in, which is available directly on the Family Member's account.

Now, follow the step-by-step in the app:

  1. Log in to the app, and click on the arrow next to your name.
  2. Then click on the Family tab and select Add Family Member if this option doesn't appear for you, it is because your company does not allow the inclusion of a Family Member.
  3. Choose a plan and fill in the Family Member's data.
  4. Click on the option Purchase plan and complete the payment steps.

Ready! When you complete the payment, your Family Member's plan is active.
