How to add and manage Family Members?

📌Before adding Family Members please remember that: 

  • You must have an active plan.
  • Your company must choose to make this option available to employees.
  • You can add up to 3 Family Members (restricted to partners and children).

All the Family Member plan's management is done by the main account holder, except for the check-in, which is available directly on the Family Member's account.

To add a family member, follow the step-by-step in the app:

  1. Log in to the app, and click on the arrow next to your name.
  2. Then click on the Family Members tab and select Add Family Member — if this option doesn't appear for you, it is because your company does not offer the option of adding Family Members.
  3. Choose a plan and fill in the Family Member's information.
  4. Click on the option Purchase plan and complete the payment steps. When you complete the payment, your Family Member's plan is active and ready to be used.

Family Members will have to download the Gympass app and create a password via the invitation sent to the email address provided in the registration.

How to disable Family Members
To remove a Family Member from your account just follow the step by step below:

  1. Log in to the app, and click on the arrow next to your name.
  2. Then click on the Family Members tab.
  3. Select the Family Member you want to remove and click the arrow next to their name.
  4. Click on Disable and the Family Member will be removed from your account.

They will be able to use their plan until the end of their current month and their plan will be automatically cancelled after that.
