How can I change my payment method on Gympass?

You can change your payment method through our website or app.

  • Log in to your account;
  • Click on the down arrow located at the top of the screen, via the app, or click on your name in the top right corner, and select the Settings option, if you are using our website;
  • Then, select Financial > Payment method > New payment method;
  • After clicking on the last option, the available payment methods will be displayed;
  • Choose the one that you would like to use going forward, and the next payment will be billed to your new payment method.

If you cannot update the payment method, contact our team via chat, which is always located in the bottom right corner, or send us request so that we can help.
