How do I activate my Gympass plan?

Activating one of our plans is super easy.

Just follow the steps below:

  • Access our website or app to sign in or register;
  • Choose the plan that suits you best and click on Free trial or Activate plan;
  • Select one of the payment methods offered by your company and click Start my plan. Your plan is now active and you can enjoy it!

Keep in mind that Gympass plans are only available for corporate users. You can only activate a plan if the company you work for is our partner, if your account is linked to that company, and if you have already received the welcome email.

It’s important to note that some companies activate their employee plans through their HR departments. Therefore, if your account is linked to a partner company and you didn't find the option to activate the plan through the app or website, check with our support team or contact your company’s HR department.
