How do I access my Gympass check-in history?

Whenever you use one of our partners, either in-person or live classes, the check-in is saved to your account.If you want to look at your Gympass check-in history, you can do so through our website or app. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Start by signing in to your account on your website or app;
  2. Then, click the down arrow next to your name (in the top corner of the app);
  3. Now, select the Check-in history option;
  4. You will see a list of the days, times, and locations of your check-ins.

What is the check-In for?

Check-ins are used for in-person classes, live classes (attended from the comfort of your home or wherever you are), classes with a personal trainer, and sessions with a Wellness Coach (when available). For in-person classes at gyms, you check in using the app. For live classes, the check-in is done automatically when you book your class.
