If you’ve already paused your plan and it’s been reactivated, you can pause the plan again through our app or website. The pause period can last between 15-60 days, whatever suits you!
It’s important to note that reactivating your plan implies the start of a new monthly membership but don’t worry, after selecting a new pause period, the amount charged becomes a credit in your Gympass account and will be used to reactivate your plan.
If your plan is about to reactivate and you don't want to wait to request a new pause, please get in touch with our team between 7 and 2 days prior to the reactivation date to request a pause extension when possible. 👍
