If you have already paused your plan and want to pause it again, you may request another pause by submitting a request here.
You can pause your plan for 60 days in 6 months and 120 days in one year.
Reactivating your plan generates a charge. Once you've selected a new pause period, the charging for this time is credited back to your Gympass account, and you can use it when you return.
If your plan is close to reactivation and you don't want to wait to request a new pause, contact us here, up to 7 days in advance, to request a pause extension.
