📌 If you only want to stop your plan for a while, instead of canceling it, you have the option to pause your plan for up to 60 days, every 6 months. To cancel your plan, please make sure your plan is active before following the step-by-step below
- Log in to your account via our app or website. In the app, click on the drop-down arrow and select Plan management. On the website, select Settings and then Manage plan.
- Select the Cancel plan button and choose one of the reasons displayed on the screen.
- Click on Continue, answer the satisfaction survey, and click on Confirm cancellation.

📧 The cancellation will be scheduled for the end of the billing cycle — remember to cancel your plan at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date so it is processed correctly. You will receive an email confirmation. When cancelling your plan, your Family Members' plans will automatically be cancelled as well.
