Make sure your plan is active before starting the step-by-step below. It is the only way to cancel via app or website.
- Log in to your account via app or website.
On the app, click on the down arrow and Plan management.
On the website, select Settings and then Manage plan. - Select the Cancel plan button and choose one of the reasons displayed on the screen.
- Click on Continue, answer the satisfaction survey, and click on Confirm cancellation.

📧 The cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing cycle, and we will send a confirmation by email.
When cancelling your plan, your Family Members' plans will also be cancelled.
