I’ve signed the contract but still can’t create my class schedule. What should I do?

As soon as you sign the contract, we’ll work hard to set up your profile as soon as possible. We don’t usually take more than 5 working days, but don’t worry, you’ll receive an email as soon as you can log in to your portal.

Once you’re logged in, if you still can’t see the Class schedule option, something might have gone wrong. For that, we’d like to ask you to reach out to our team, so that we can look into it for you!
